Shipping & Returns

Packaging
The posters and postcards are properly packed in board-backed envelopes, so they'll most likely survive whatever the postal system sometimes ends up doing to packages. Some of the bigger prints go in a mailing tube. I ship within 3 working days (unless otherwise stated). If there is any kind of delay, you'll hear about it.

Shipping the ceramic items requires a lot of "cushioning" because I want them to travel safely. For this, I try to use recycled material as much as possible, so don't be surprised if your order arrives stuffed in 3 different types of bubble wrap.


Worldwide delivery
Yes, I ship worldwide It may take a bit longer for your order to arrive. And please be aware that outside the EU, you might be charged local import duties or customs charges for your order to be delivered.


Damaged delivery
Although I try everything in my power to ship as safely as possible, you never know what happens on the road. If something arrives folded or in pieces, please send a picture of the items + packaging to hello@vonikdesign.com and we'll figure it out together.


Return policy
If you're unhappy with your purchase, I’m happy to offer a refund, as long as the item is sent back within 14 days of receiving it and is in its original, sellable condition. Please email hello@vonikdesign.com with your reason for returning the product and send it back. The refund will cover the cost of the items only, with return shipping costs being your responsibility. Make sure all items are returned with their original packaging. I cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Once the returned items are received in acceptable condition, the refund will be processed within 2 working days.
